How you heard of Code Titan: On a Yahoo! Groups website.
Character Info
Name: Phil the Autistic
Age: Unidentified. He's been Dimension-Crossing for so long, even he has lost track of his age. For research's sakes, he's often recorded as being 21.
Gender: Male
Species: Autistic Soleannan (Secretly the Legendary Embodiment of Good)
Homeworld: Originally Soleanna, a world in an entirely different Dimension, he now lives in his own TARDIS.
Affiliation: Hero
Weapons: Phil the Autistic usually abhorrs violence and never carries a gun. But at times when all hope is lost and all plans have failed, Phil unleashes his Valiant Sword, crafted by Fanglongmon, which calls upon a selection of power sources from different dimensions, creating a beam of unique energy. He can aim and fire this beam at villains and, depending on the world he is in at the present, make them flinch or faint. Phil can naturally use this sword as a sword, and is a skilled swordsman.
For defense, Phil carries the Valiant Shield, which in the real world is based on the Central logo, once used as insignia for television programming in the Midlands (http://www.transdiffusion.org/tmc/itv50/images/07-cen-tmc.jpg). This shield can deflect most conventional weaponry, but cannot deflect attacks created by evil gods or incredibly powered enemies. The Valiant Shield can also attack, beaming out an energy wave with the same colours as those patterned on his shield. Although he keeps a weaponry unit in his TARDIS, Phil never uses any other weaponry.
Items: Phil's main mode of transporation is a TARDIS. This is a time machine used by people known as the 'Time Lords' in another dimension, who are affiliated with the Legendary Ten Embodiments (see below). Phil once helped the Time Lords to save their world from a race called the Sontarans and, in return, was granted his own TARDIS as part of his own mission (again, see below). 'TARDIS' stands for 'Time And Relative Dimension In Space', and Phil has modified his so he can travel in time, space AND other dimensions. Every time he lands in another dimension, his TARDIS blends in with its surroundings. This is so that none of the dimension's villains can get their hands on the time machine and cause havoc in the timestream. In this world, Phil has parked his TARDIS in the Titans Tower, in the shape of a bedroom. Inside his TARDIS, Phil can observe outside events through a Scanner shaped like a TV mounted onto a wall with a satellite box underneath. He can also drive the TARDIS across time, space and dimensions with his Console Unit, shaped like a personal computer, and also learn more about the dimension he's in through its Databanks.
Outside of the TARDIS, Phil is never seen without his Sonic Screwdriver. This is also another gift presented to him by the Time Lords. Phil can scan the area around him and gain basic information, as well as using it to help the Titans in their fight against evil. The device can also do a lot of other things, including opening doors, healing wounds and channeling out soundwaves. The only thing it CANNOT do is open doors with deadlock seals. If a Sonic Screwdriver is destroyed in battle, Phil always has more in his TARDIS.
Powers/Abilities: Phil was born with autism, and was diagnosed with it at an early age. Since most, if not all, dimensions have no idea what this autism is, Phil is often considered 'unique' or even 'weird' by most people. But when not on Earth or Soleanna, this autism is converted into Autisma energy. Not much is known about Autisma, but it never runs out unless the holder is killed, and it's quite an incredible power source, beating out most other sources across reality. Phil can expertly control Autisma to help him or others out, but he never allows anyone else to be taught how to obtain this power. Non-autistic people cannot control the raging power of Autisma, and often kill themselves attempting to tame it. Phil also tries in vain not to use this Autisma as a deus ex machina, except in times when dimensions fall apart.
Abilities gained through Autisma include: shrinking himself to an inch tall (often used to pick locks or for espionage, but this also gives off a strong whiff of pheromones, often leading female humanoids to toy with him endlessly), teleportation (often giving the illusion that he's popping in and out of worlds at once) and levitation (which he can do for half a hour only).
Pets: Phil hasn't got pets, although some 'comedians' might imply that Phil is a pet to female humanoids when he's an inch tall.
Appearance: Phil is about five feet tall and looks like a normal human. He has black hair, blue eyes and wears glasses. He has a normal build, and mostly wears a white T-Shirt with a red band across the middle, black jogging jeans and cream-coloured sandals. He has other clothes in his TARDIS for more colder, wetter or other non-warm climatic areas. He carries the Valiant Sword around his waist, protected by a bronze-coloured pouch, on his right-hand side.
Personality: Phil is autistic, and believes in the policy of helping others out. He is wary to strangers, not often assuming straight away if they are good or evil, but is friendly to those he knows are good. Phil is colloquial in terms of speech, and has a broad sense of knowledge. The Titans like him and he likes them. He hates evil, and his most fearful enemies come in the form of the Daleks (a race of sinister cyborgs who wish to conquer galaxies) and their leader, Metal Philip (see below). But an enemy of the Titans is an enemy of Phil's, and so those who hate him grow, but Jinx and Blackfire seem a little smitten with this stranger....
Phil likes a good deal of food, but hates brussels sprouts and burnt toast. His favourite fruit are blackcurrants, and his least favourite vegetable besides brussels sprouts is beetroot. His favourite animal is the elephant. In terms of love interests, Phil remains single, but in an interesting take on the usual culture, he is often chased by girls not because of his looks, but because of his personality, even more so when he's tiny. This forms part of his weakness, along with the fact that he isn't immortal like Superman.
History: Phil the Autistic was born to a mother, father and daughter in Soleanna, a city built on water in another world. However, all three were killed when he was five years old at the hands of the Legendary Embodiment of Evil, Metal Philip. Metal Philip looks like Phil, but is covered in metal and is a robot with a sword for its right arm (the Othello Blade). Phil was destined by the other Legendary Ten Embodiments, who look over all known dimensions and act only if ten or more worlds are in peril, to inherit the title of Good, and Metal Philip didn't want Good to eventually triumph at the End of Time.
Each of the Embodiments are opposites, and thus use their powers to balance out worlds so that they continue to be peaceful. The names of the Embodiments and their opposite are as follows:
Azulongmon of Water VS Zhuqiaomon of Fire
Ebonwumon of Nature VS Baihumon of Machinery
The DreamMaker of Dreams VS Zordrak of Nightmares
Nazzilla of Peace VS Fanglongmon of Harmomy [Fanglongmon is also their leader]
And Phil of Good VS Metal Philip of Evil
Each of these Embodiments shape other lifeforms, to play out their roles under their behalf. These lifeforms can be gods or mortals. So, anyone who can control water, for example, carries out his or her role under Azulongmon. Heroes and Villains carry out their roles under Phil and Metal Philip.
Phil eventually took his post, and was diagnosed with autism at the age of seven. As he grew up, he was looked after by his fellow Embodiments, who also taught him how to control his Autisma power. When he was ten, the Embodiments created the DC Universe, and created many super lords to 'fulfill' their roles and proclaim themselves as creators of the universe. But, many Crises broke out between superheroes, supervillains and even super lords, and many of their worlds were destroyed, rebuilt, destroyed again and rebuilt again. Eventually, the Embodiments chose to not watch over this universe any more, since they were confident the superheroes and supervillains could sort out these Crises for themselves. So far, only the inhabitants of the DC Universe do not know about these Embodiments.
Phil's granted mission is to watch over the worlds in his TARDIS and intervene only when Evil is on the rise. This is how he came to meet the Daleks in his very first mission, and how they became the servants of Metal Philip. Phil and his robotic counterpart have fought many a war with each other, and Phil usually wins.
It was the aftermath of one such war that Phil ended up in the Titans universe for the first time. He has watched their progression in the TARDIS between battles, and thus know about them and their world. One day, someone or something dragged the TARDIS off-course, and Phil wound up entering the DC Animated Universe subsection of the DC Universe, his TARDIS landing in Jump City. Now a stranger (to the Titans) in a new world (to himself), Phil allies with the Titans to help fight evil, as well as find out who or what dragged him to this world so he can go back home.
Example of First person RP, and Third Person RP:
Third Person
The Titans were arguing with each other, panicking as the several alien spaceships hoverred down towards Jump City. Robin tried to reason with them, but that added to the chaos. None of the Titans had dealt with these aliens before, so they didn't know how to defeat them and save lives. And the rest of the Titans, bar those from the Titans Tower, didn't know if Phil could be trusted. The cacophonic sounds echoed through the deck until someone couldn't stand it no more. A shout came from the East, as all Titans looked at Phil. He was peeved at all the confusion and delay.
"I'm Phil the Autistic." he said angrily. "I'm a Legendary Embodiment. I'm from the Final Destination in the constellation of Centrus. I'm 21 years old, and I'm the man who's gonna save your lives and help you save all six billion people in this world. I have the unique power of Autisma, a melancholic childhood and have fought constant battles with Evil. I can shrink myself down to an inch tall, and be toyed with by the female species."
The Titans stopped squabbiling as soon as Phil started, and were now looking at him, some with renewed hope in their hearts and some who realised that what Phil had been saying was true. Phil lifted his weaponry in a sort of "See this? These are real weapons!" kind of way.
"And this blade and shield, this blade and shield right here, will assist you in anyway. Anyway possible, OK? You've got a problem with that?!" Phil yelled the last sentence out.
The Titans looked at each other silently for about three minutes, and then nodded their approvals. Perhaps this stranger might be of great help to the superheroes, even if he came from another world and only 'saw' their events and not 'took part' in them.
